Shipping and delivery
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
We currently ship from Reykjavik, Iceland. Please note that shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout. All orders are shipped with Iceland Post to all countries they accept. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

To Europe 3-10 business days
To USA 8-18 business days
To Other Regions 8-21 business days
All orders are fully traceable on with our shipping provider. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Icelandic VAT. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.
Return policy
If you receive your product and are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item(s) at your own cost. We accept returns that are shipped within 15 days of receiving them. Please include a note with all order details, e.g. the name of the customer as it appears on the order and order number.
You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that when you return products all price labels need to be attached to the product. The product must be returned unused and and in original packaging. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund for the original order, the returned item(s) will be refunded but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable insured service. Icewear cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. We cannot be held responsible for tax on returned items. If your local authorities require, we can prepare a return statement that can be handed in.
